About Me

“Practical homeopathy helped me connect to my body and mind at a deeper level and understand what a true holistic approach is all about.”

I have been a clinical massage practitioner for over eleven years. Through my work treating people with chronic conditions, I noticed that their muscle structures often differed from those of other clients, which I found fascinating.

This sparked a desire to look deeper and do more to address the underlying causes of chronic health conditions and musculoskeletal complaints. At the time, however, I wasn't sure what my next step should be.

This sparked a desire to look deeper and do more to address the underlying causes of chronic health conditions and musculoskeletal complaints. At the time, however, I wasn't sure what my next step should be.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with Graves' disease, and that was when I turned to homeopathy. I was looking for a natural approach to help me feel better and restore balance to my health.

Living with Graves' disease can affect energy levels, social life, and tolerance to certain foods and environments. Many people living with chronic illnesses may recognise these challenges.

I made the personal decision to seek homeopathic treatment and was fortunate to work with Ellen Kramer at the College of Practical Homeopathy. Ellen guided me through my own healing journey with compassion and care, and that experience ultimately changed my life. Homeopathy helped me connect with my body and mind on a deeper level and gave me a greater understanding of what a truly holistic approach to health can offer.

Alongside my homeopathic prescription, I followed personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Combined with my own commitment to learning and understanding my health, these changes helped me regain balance, restore my energy, and live a much more fulfilling life.

Inspired by my own experience, I decided to study homeopathy so that I could support others on their own health journeys. In 2021, I enrolled at the College of Practical Homeopathy (CPH), where I completed a postgraduate Licentiate in Homeopathy.

Today, I combine my background in clinical massage with my training in homeopathy, allowing me to take a holistic approach to supporting people with both acute and chronic health concerns. My own journey has given me a deep appreciation of how important it is to feel heard, understood, and supported as an individual.
