Flower Essences

What are Flower Essences?

Flower essences are a form of alternative therapy that involves the use of the vibrational energy of flowers to address emotional and psychological issues.

This process is believed to capture the healing energy or essence of the flower, which can then be used to help balance emotions and promote mental well-being.

Their Origin.

The concept of flower essences was developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. He created the Bach Flower Remedies, a system of 38 different flower essences each designed to address specific emotional states.

How they work?

Flower essences are thought to work on an energetic or vibrational level. They are used to address emotional imbalances, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and fear. The idea is that each flower carries a specific vibrational frequency that can help harmonize negative emotional states.

I mainly use Australian Bush Flower Essences, and Bach Flower Essences in my practice.

The remedies are bespoke, prepared by me and I usually like to combine them with a gentle homeopathic organ support to maintain holistic approach.
